1- The key system did not work properly. I only find out when i try it. Which means i had to go down and get it recalibrated again. Almost every other day.2- room service was inconsistent. Not always replenishing the used/missed items. Not always coming at the same time.

It wasn’t clean. Design is old. Pillows and bed are not comfortable
Staff are nice, breakfast is excellent.Also they gave us complimentary fruit plate when informed that it’s our honeymoon trip. We requested late check out and they accommodated it.
Shower water would leak out.
Place is nice. Staff helped us to get our room back after we arrived late 6 am next day.

The room was old. The AC was hard to control. My room was not serviced. I did not receive help with my luggage. I wanted to stay here on business trips in the future but concerned with the service.
Nice location with sea view, sound privacy in room is very good cannot hear others like some hotels, the bed was nice and comfy

The location was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and generous. Special thanks to Aileen and Mary their warm hospitality truly made the stay enjoyable and helped us overlook any minor discomforts, such as dated furniture or small room issues.
